This is my first time leaving a review but I just want customers to be aware of the service they provide . I arrived a little before 5pm. The service I wanted was a pedicure. When receiving the service I notice the tech was a little in a rush, she did not perform a full pedicure. When I let her know that I wanted French tip painted toes, she was like why you want that your pinky toe is dark. I’m aware of that, I have a toenail that is naturally dark since birth. I been going there for going on 4 years and the customer service is always nice and immaculate. The time wait is really quick I always get in and out in a reasonable time.
I will say that my third or fourth visit there was on a Sunday, the service that I received was terrible. I decided they did amazing nails and I wanted my nails to look amazing so I gave them another try during the week on a Wednesday. It was a way better experience. I will never go on the weekend again. He did try giving me the same guy that did my nails the last time and I had to get them redone so I was like absolutely not so I got somebody else and he did an amazing job on my nails and my toes so yes, I will recommend th... read more
