A little disappointed. Saved up money to get my nails done to treat myself before my baby shower. I rarely get my nails done so this was supposed to be nice and relaxing for me. Someone recently took me to get a pedicure from this place and I was impressed, but I guess it’s not the same for manicures. The manicure itself is okay, but one of my nails has this odd little yellow chunk on it that I can feel and I was given a very sad excuse of a hand massage. Sophia did great job on my 4th nails, even though I had to be convinced to not get pink nails.. lol
I recently had my nails done here and wasn’t happy with the color I chose after I left. When I went back, they were incredibly kind and redid them at no charge even though I expected to pay. I was so impressed with their customer service and willingness to make sure I was happy. The new color turned out perfect, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
I got my nails done on Friday and it was a terrible experience. They were busy (which I patiently waited) when I finally got a nail tech she rushed through my nails cutting my cuticles and making them bleed not to mention grinding down my natural nails to the point of damage (seen in the picture) They were so bumpy and uneven. The following day they started to pop off! I called and they wanted me to come back in, but I couldn’t due to getting these done for a trip up north for a grad party.
