Jackie is the Best!! I’ve been coming here over 20 years , the employees work very hard, the shop is so clean and all the employees are all nice!
I had such a wonderful experience at Modern Nails! Jena took care of me, and she was absolutely amazing. I brought my 3-year-old son with me, and she was so sweet and patient with him the entire time, which made me feel so comfortable. On top of that, my nails came out beautiful exactly what I wanted! The salon was welcoming, and Jena’s attention to detail really showed in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jena if you want gorgeous nails and a kind, caring experience.
Worst Apres manicure I’ve ever gotten. I had them done just 5 days ago, and two nails have already come off. When the tech applied the nails, there were visible bubbles and they were crooked. I’m so disappointed and will never return. I had planned to get a pedicure as well, but after seeing how my manicure turned out, I decided against it—and I’m glad I did.
It honestly hurts to me write this review as a long time customer of this business. I’ve been frequenting modern nails spa for well over a decade, but something recently hasn’t been working. Each time I come in I end up leaving disappointed. I typically go in to get an acrylic fill and pedicure, but recently my acrylic nails have been lifting and breaking off within 2 weeks of my last appointments, the polish work themselves have been sloppy and half done. Worst nail experience of my life— my gel nails are lumpy, uneven, and my previous gel color is visible along the edges where the tech didn’t fully remove the color. She completely missed painting spots of my nails, so I left the nail salon looking like I already had chipped nails. She didn’t file my nails, simply cut them unevenly and crookedly on some nails.
