Modern Nails has been my nail spa of choice since they opened. In fact, I plan to go today for a mani, pedi, and eye brows.
Today was not a good experience for me when getting a pedicure. I thought the rumors were just rumors but they were not. This place was once great and now the customer service is horrible. When you pay for a service you expect 5 star service not -5 star service. After a nice younger lady took over and polished my toes correctly I had no issues and she thanked me for understanding.
