I had a really disappointing and honestly concerning experience here. During my pedicure, the technician was watching a sports game on his phone the entire time, which meant his attention was not on what he was doing. Because of that, he repeatedly hurt me while using sharp tools—at one point actually breaking skin and cutting me. He did apologize after the first incident, which I appreciated, but the same thing kept happening afterward, which made it hard to feel comfortable or safe.
