I’ve been going here for the last five years. This recent time i went , I got Gelex and 3 days later one of my nails came off. I came back to get the nail repaired and they immediately gave me uncomfortable, rude energy the second I walked in, asking for it to be fixed. They made me wait 40 minutes and acted like i was bothering them the whole time. It’s really unfortunate because I’ve been a very loyal customer all these years, but for the price and attitude i received i will no longer be returning.
Friendly, kind and talented staff. Michelle has helped my nails get healthy and find solutions to have strong sturdy nail and beautiful nail art too. Got these nails before going on a cruise and they matched all my outfits

They made me wait a long time and the one did my nails hurt me.
This has been my go to nail place for years. About 2 weeks ago I had a fill for my acrylics, one was lifting. She “repaired” it but it broke 4 days later. I went back in with no appt to try and get it fixed and was asked to come back in 45 mins(reasonable) I returned and was left waiting for another 20 minutes until one of them approached me and asked me to come back In 4 hours and she could fix it.
