This is the worst place in London! I went to get my nails done hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable time, but it was the complete opposite. The staff were disrespectful, with a mocking and condescending attitude towards customers, and the atmosphere was stressful instead of calming. If you’re looking for a quality experience and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.
s Unfortunately, my experience at this nail salon was very upsetting. As a Muslim woman who wears a hijab, I felt I was treated poorly and disrespectfully. I noticed a clear difference in how they treat customers who wear hijab versus those who don’t. Even the services provided felt lower in quality, which affected me emotionally. I hope the management reconsiders how they treat all customers equally, without discrimination based on appearance or religion.
