They sand the nails to hard! Or to much that they hurt!
Love this place, they do an excellent job on my nails every time!! :-)
No appt necessary/no long waits. Fully-staffed spa always does great/efficient work; a little persistent to "up-sell;" do not feel pressured to get a pedi/wax/massage if u just want a polish change.
