Paid $70 for a rubber gel REFILL. I originally asked the lady who I already waited 20 minutes to see despite making an appointment if I needed them taken off and redone because the tips they put on were starting to get flimsy and was told they would be fine. 4 days later and one is missing and another is cracking which causes extreme discomfort to my natural nail underneath. $70 was an absolute rip off for these. Definitely take your business elsewhere
Horrible experience. Pay attention to the way they do your nails. They don't seal them properly, and moisture will get underneath.
I was sat down after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to get my refill started and a man drilled off my existing polish then told me to wait in a chair. I waited then for an hour while my sister who was supposed to be getting her nails done with me got hers done And was finished before he even came back to finish my set. We had somewhere to be so we had to leave with only the polish being drilled off of my nails. I was charged $25 to have my polish drilled off and wait an hour. My wife went there today on the recommendation from a friend. She made an appointment but it appears appointments don’t mean anything. She was there over two hours to get her nails done. If you don’t mind paying and waiting then this place is for you. If your time is valuable, run from this place.
Some nail techs here are fine, make sure you know who is good and who is bad, with that being said.. NEVER do a walk in. I did a walk in for a refill on my nails since I needed my nails done and the nail tech I usually went to here had left, so the random lady I was given did so bad. It was super sloppy and it started ripping when I got home and she even drilled deeply into my actual nail and it hit my nail bed close to my cuticle and now my nail is damaged and grows back crooked and completely cracked in the middle like a h... read more
