I went to get a pedicure last week on 6/24/25. I’ve gotten them done there because the older woman always took good care of me and made my difficult toenails look beautiful. This time I was blown away. Instead of the usual clip and beautify she clipped both of my big toe nails halfway down my toe then didn’t finish up. I didn’t have my glasses on and depended on the fact that she’s always done well with my feet . I paid her the 50$ and tipped her 15 only to get home to this nightmare. The customer service was horrible never going back.
Kim did a horrible job on my pedicure, the worst. Katie/Kathy did a better job on my manicure. Two people working with 3 people getting service. I was in the nail shop for 4 hours. They are very slow. Ridiculous.
