Place was dirty, they never did my cuticles on my hands or feet. Polish chipped off the next day. Never scrapped my feet. I learned that certain workers there are not licenced. Prefer Nail Trix, they fixed everything.
They are amazing here and very nice and they do exceptional work. Definitely always coming here.
I’ve been going to Modern Nails for a few years now, my Junior Prom is this weekend and I came in not knowing what I wanted to do, and they helped me figure it out with such great ideas! Not to mention they stayed an hour late just to make my nails look magical, there was no rushing! Every time I go I have such a good experience, all the staff is so warm and welcoming! The skill level is superb!
When my daughter and I went in asked for gel powder dip she got hers done the right way after being put in 3 different chairs and waited 1hour and a half not happy! I sat for around 20 minutes to half hour before anyone started me. Then I told the person I was to have powder dip he yelled no you get this. Again I’m not happy. Don’t know where the nice people are but we WILL NOT be back there again. People just sitting around instead of taking care of business. I went to Modern Nails on 04/01/2026 @6pm. I loved how I was first greeted, and then when I sat down to wait ? I felt very comfortable. I felt very comfortable the whole hour I was there. They are amazing & the Lady that did my nails was also very amazing as well. They all are very nice, have amazing customer service. I definitely plan on coming back!
