received the worst nails of my life today. showed a picture multiple times and the tech still failed to deliver. they are stubby and so bad. she hurt my fingers so bad and i even told her she was hurting me and she didn’t stop. my fingers are still sore, so gonna have to wait til tomorrow to go to a different place to have them redone. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This place used to be good… idk what happened. They are SO rough with the filing.. then charge so much.. $65 for a fill in? I left with paint on my hands and cuts on my finger tips and cuticles. Lumps in the acrylic. They want to rush and get you out, instead of take their time. I can’t see myself going back.
Great staff, never felt rush, came in late with a complaint nail art and still got it done,.
Nice staff, I come in with a complaint design, I was late to my appointment but they still take me in, only 2 hours before closing, and was able to get it down without feeling rush, they come out so beautiful
