I have never been treated so badly as I was yesterday. Both myself and best friend went in. We were ignored, told no, rushed they were rude and very unprofessional!! When it came time to pay they wouldn't bother listening and as I walked out, she ran after me screaming about money when my girl specifically said she was paying for both of us. Got manicure and pedicure. Felt like she rushed thru it. Didnt even use the cheese grater for my dead skin on feet. Had to point out several things on manicure. It also was expensive

First of all, they pick and choose what services they want to do, if you call and ask for a full set they will most likely say no to you. I called at 9:30 in the morning to schedule a full set at 3:30 in the afternoon and she straight out said no.

I made a appointment went in with a simple French tip design. Showed Hannah the picture in detail she told me yes she could do it but then when I was sitting there she didn’t do the shape right after I asked she said it was too late. Then when she started doing the French tip she was not making them how I wanted after I told her that’s not what I wanted she was very rude and said (I can’t do it ) and that I should go to a different salon.
