Got manicure and pedicure. Felt like she rushed thru it. Didnt even use the cheese grater for my dead skin on feet. Had to point out several things on manicure. It also was expensive

First of all, they pick and choose what services they want to do, if you call and ask for a full set they will most likely say no to you. I called at 9:30 in the morning to schedule a full set at 3:30 in the afternoon and she straight out said no.

I made a appointment went in with a simple French tip design. Showed Hannah the picture in detail she told me yes she could do it but then when I was sitting there she didn’t do the shape right after I asked she said it was too late. Then when she started doing the French tip she was not making them how I wanted after I told her that’s not what I wanted she was very rude and said (I can’t do it ) and that I should go to a different salon. I used to come here and get my nails done all the time by Hannah. I loved it. She did a wonderful job whether it be getting a gel manicure or getting a set of nails. However, she started getting harder to get appointments with so I had to start seeing other people And once this happened I was just very unsatisfied. The nail polish was chipping. It didn’t look like a good job when we were done and not to mention just the rudeness how they treat people that walk in for a walk in when the sign says walk-ins. So I stopped coming... read more
