I made a appointment went in with a simple French tip design. Showed Hannah the picture in detail she told me yes she could do it but then when I was sitting there she didn’t do the shape right after I asked she said it was too late. I used to come here and get my nails done all the time by Hannah. I loved it. She did a wonderful job whether it be getting a gel manicure or getting a set of nails. However, she started getting harder to get appointments with so I had to start seeing other people And once this happened I was just very unsatisfied. The nail polish was chipping. It didn’t look like a good job when we were done and not to mention just the rudeness how they treat people that walk in for a walk in when the sign says walk-ins. So I stopped coming... read more

She refused to do this simple nail design and was so very rude, she claimed it was "too hard" we complained and she said "then go" the design was a simple flower that even a 5yr could do, this was the image
