I’ve been here twice because I wanted to give it another chance and thought maybe my first experience was just an off day. The biggest perk is that parking is easy to find. Unfortunately, cleanliness seems to be an issue. During my pedicure, I noticed the tools being used were not sanitized before use. The pedicure itself lasted about 25 minutes. The worst manicure experience I've had. Since they are so expensive, they should leave the nails looking beautiful and professional, not looking like they are learning with you, also they make you feel bad talking about you in your face in their language, which is a great lack of respect, making you feel stupid. Never back again.

The good points: street parking was accessible; I was greeted and appointment time honored when I arrived (though it was during the day of a weekday so not too hard); and service was friendly. Could be better: gel polishes are not organized making it hard to pick a color in a color range of interest. Why I won't go back: the skin around my nail was punctured and I bled for awhile not only while in the salon but for awhile after. I got a gel manicure here. I have never felt so rushed through a service before. They weren’t even busy. My cuticles looked better before the service. So rushed she only put lotion on one of my hands. The technician was also very aggressive pulled my hair and hand around. It was generally a vet unfriendly experience and I won’t be going back. $45 for a crappy gel manicure and sloppy unfriendly service. Very reliable and great quality! Good products used and nail technicians are perfectionists who make sure your nails are even, well-shaped, and pretty! The only place I will go in Arlington!!
