I had a terrible experience at this nail salon and would not recommend it. My manicure started peeling off much sooner than it should have. When I went back, I asked for a refund, but they refused and only offered to redo my nails. I accepted, hoping they would fix the problem, but the second manicure was even worse than the first. I’ve been here twice because I wanted to give it another chance and thought maybe my first experience was just an off day. The biggest perk is that parking is easy to find. Unfortunately, cleanliness seems to be an issue. During my pedicure, I noticed the tools being used were not sanitized before use. The pedicure itself lasted about 25 minutes. The worst manicure experience I've had. Since they are so expensive, they should leave the nails looking beautiful and professional, not looking like they are learning with you, also they make you feel bad talking about you in your face in their language, which is a great lack of respect, making you feel stupid. Never back again.
