I usually have a great experience here, so I sent my mom here and this is what she left with. They are uneven, and all over the place. When my mom asked them to fix it they wanted to charge her more and Lee and Trinh were extremely rude to her about it. The attitudes they have just to rush your service and collect $$. 0 customer service skills.
While Kennedy was nice, this is what my nails were supposed to look like versus what I ended up with for $72... I sadly did not leave happy -Update- So two to three weeks after I got my nails done, when my nails eventually came off, I noticed that some of my nails had been bruised/turned green in some spots. First time ever being at modern nails and they did a fabulous job. First thing I had called asking for availability and they were able to get me in within 20 minutes amazing! I got there was greeted and was shown all the colors with the book and even got help with a photo I had for an idea and we both came up with these amazing nails! Just asked to get my gel nails removed and the gel is still on my nails, Kennedy had another pedicure waiting so they pushed me out! Not happy!
Techs are quick and friendly. Sometimes all a girl needs is some pretty nails
