I had made a 9 o’clock appointment with Tren three weeks ago. I get there 10 min early and there someone at her station. When I question if I will be taken on time. She gets rude and says since I am in a hurry she refuses to honor my appointment. What kind of business is this???? CHECK OUT THEIR YELP REVIEWS!!!! 2.7/5 stars

$186 dollars I paid for really painful horrible acrylic nails that broke TWICE on separate hand/nail, and a pedicure that was so rushed and the polish came off the SAME NIGHT! Owner blamed their light not curing the polish, but never fixed my toes! It was known I was going on vacation and not going to be around. Tried to work it out with owner who did my acrylic nails, she refused to fix. Told the other owner NO, so he had to do it himself!
