Total LACK of PROFESSIONALISM! Constant change in prices. His prices on the APP aren’t the same after getting your hair cut (it’s like getting an airline ticket last minute). I booked and paid for an appointment on the Booksy app and arrived 10 minutes before my appointed just to notice the barber Ray was gone with no response to calls/texts. 40 MINUTES LATER he tells me he’s arriving in 5 minutes. Lack of PROFESSIONALISM! Barber name: Ray At arrival I noticed that no one was wearing a mask and there were about 6 people in a small space. I requested for my barber to wear a mask which he went to his car to grab. That change the whole dynamic! The barber was rude and very unprofessional. It seemed that my request rubbed him the wrong way even though it is the City requirement for businesses. This could have their business shut down with one simple call to 311.
