Called just now to make an appointment as new client. Receptionist answered asked me which insurance I have and then asked me to briefly hold, only for the call to be transferred to voicemail after holding for several minutes. What the heck. Called back and then got an automated system telling me to leave a message for a follow up call. They never asked my name, my care needs, etc. The first and ONLY thing they asked was my health insurance company.
