I am updating my review and changing my rating because the director, Sarah Taylor was incredibly kind and open to understanding my experience and made a concerted effort to reconcile. Which was much appreciated and worth the mention. Therapists are supposed to help you feel safe, heard, and supported…not leave you feeling like a problem to manage or a session to wrap up early. Modern Mind Therapy has been a game changer for my mental health journey. The therapists are compassionate, knowledgeable, and made me feel heard and supported. My therapist helped me deal with anxiety and provided overall support during a difficult time in my life. I’ve grown so much since starting, and I genuinely look forward to every session.
