Came in for a retreatment for a root canal and was told I had a crack in the my crown and needed an implant. I was charged $150 for X-rays for a 5 minute visit. I refused to accept their recommendation for a tooth implant. So I went to see an advanced Endodontist for a second opinion in Manhattan. The Harvard trained Endodontist said I don’t need a tooth implant, just a root canal. Now I’m feeling better and learned not to take one dentists’ word for it. Always seek a second opinion.
Dr Mahpour made me feel very comfortable as i was really nervous about getting a root canal she explained to me step by step to what the root canal would entail
