Misleading and Unreliable This store owner makes big promises but delivers poor customer service and zero support. The mattress was different size than I ordered and when I reached out the owner he simply disagreed to replace it and hang up the call. Customer service is unresponsive and dismissive. They refuse to honor warranties and ignore complaints. Save yourself the trouble—shop elsewhere.
Absolutely the Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give zero stars. This store is a complete scam. They will tell you with promises of easy mattress exchanges and satisfaction guarantees, but once they have your money, they will not hear anything only keep giving excuses and excuses. Their customer service is a joke. It’s clear they have no intention of honoring their exchange policy. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. This company doesn’t care about its customers.
I was sold a mattress with a clear verbal commitment: “Any issues within 5 years will be exchanged piece-to-piece.” Just a few months in, the mattress is different size — but when I contacted the owner, he flat-out denied the promise and refused to help. This business runs on false assurances and poor ethics. If you value honesty and customer service, look elsewhere. I regret trusting them.

URGENT WARNING: DO NOT BUY MATTRESSES FROM THIS STORE I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I bought a mattress less than a year ago and was delivered two mattresses of completely different heights—making them unusable together.
