The dining experience was delightful, highlighted by the exceptional Lemongrass Tuna Bowl, praised for its large portion and variety. While the sauce was a bit too salty for my taste, the overall quality and service were fantastic. I would highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love Modern Market! I've eaten here over the years at many locations. BUT there is one huge red flag I noticed. As soon as I walked up to the cashier's counter, the gal from the back walked up wearing gloves, took my order touching everything.... and then, she proceeded to walk back to make my salad.I stood there because I was aware she had her gloves on..I saw grab a handful of lettuce and placed it in the plate with the same gloves.. The Academy location is more efficient than the Briargate location. I've never had to wait at the Academy location.
