We met with several contractors prior to building our new home in rural Detroit Lakes, MN. Bryan was very accommodating to meet and review building plans and gave us ideas along with cost estimates. Once we decided to use MLC Custom Homes they provided us with a very clear project plan that outlined the building process with meetings, emails & calls to ensure we stayed on track and on budget. We are very happy with the quality of our lake home! We highly recommend using MLC Custom Homes to anyone building in the lakes area.
Bryan and MLC were amazing to work with from start to finish. Bryan is an extremely honest and genuine person and we knew we wanted MLC from our first meeting. Post project he was even better than we could have hoped. He was patient with me (a design minor) as I made changes to our design until it was exactly what we wanted, and all through the selection process he was honest about pricing so we could stay in our budget while guiding us toward selections used in the past that we ended up picking.
