I don’t usually write reviews but I am genuinely just disappointed. I bought a van cleef styled ring, I am very careful with my jewellery, I do not shower, exercise or sleep with it on. The clover fell off within 3 months of me buying it. I went back to explain this to them, and gave the receipt, however, they refused to replace it for me, and did not even offer me another piece at cost price, they only offered me a full price item which was more expensive then my original ring.
