I spoke with the owner for a verbal valuation of some ancestral gemstones and he asked me to come to his store. I reached his store within 15 mins and he turned me out saying he has many customers right now and is busy and that was not the case when he asked me to come. What kind of a customer service, retail experience and most importantly is this unprofessional behavior. He treated me as if I was some one off the streets and walked in.
