The Woman who stages for them is so Wonderful and Extremely talented.
Even though I never met her, over the phone Elisha was a really sweet person and easy to talk to. However, per the contract they are supposed to remove nails and hooks (I would be responsible for patching and paint), but I noticed they didn't remove them when I went to check up on the house. I was pretty annoyed at this lack of attention to detail and when I followed up I didn't receive a response even though it was within business hours and they have been quick to respond in the past. *Amended: They ended up returning my te... read more
Don't use Modern Interior Design Staging Design if you're planning on staging your home prior to a sale. Per the contract they are supposed to remove nails and hooks (I would be responsible for patching and paint). They didn't remove them and have failed to respond to my request despite follow-up from our realtor as well. It might seem like a small point, but the attention to detail and communication matters in my book!
