NEVER AGAIN, I will NEVER do business at a dealership that has "Modern" in front of it. I have also contacted the BBB, the TV station, the DMV Enforcement Center as well as Mr. Rob Fowler.

We came from over 100 miles to Modern as the car we wanted was in short supply. We were pleased to get a test drive. The process of buying was very professional and every agreement we made with management stood pat. The dealership was clean and the staff was very friendly.

very unfortunate the way this company seems to do business. We had dealt with them several times on a vehicle and we're waiting for a call back. never received a call or email until the vehicle we had been quoted was sold. sales manager seems pretty unable to manage in my opinion. I was hoping that this dealership would be a little more on the up-and-up than your typical online dealership but it is not. do not expect any type of hometown service here

I took my QX56 in for some recall work on the driver's airbag. While there they recommended changing the spark plugs. When I picked it up it was over $800 just to change the plugs. They cracked one of the plugs and the car ran terrible but I had already started out of town. They said the labor was high to put them in but my regular mechanic says the book rate is 1.2 hours and they would have charged $300 including the spark plugs.
