NEVER AGAIN, I will NEVER do business at a dealership that has "Modern" in front of it. I have also contacted the BBB, the TV station, the DMV Enforcement Center as well as Mr. Rob Fowler.
Modern Infiniti of Greensboro is the best! I purchased a 2022 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport and came from Concord, NC to pick up my car. They literally had everything ready and waiting for me at the dealership, and the customer service couldn't have been any better. Everybody was extremely friendly and personable and it was all in all a 10 out of 10 car buying experience! Thank you so much Tom Keeting, you were awesome!
