Nichole cares about her clients. She is very knowledgeable and takes pride in her work. She's a genuine person with a charismatic personality! She is friendly and professional at all times. If I happen to see her outside of the salon, she greets me with a huge smile. She knows her stuff and I always get compliments on my hair.
I have been going to Nicole and Sadie for over 6 years because they are fantastic at what they do! I have referred many family members and friends who have become regular customers because of the great services that Nicole and Sadie provide. Modern Image salon is a small, intimate salon where the emphasis is on customer satisfaction and personal attention. I look forward to every appointment because it's like going to see old friends!
Every time I go in for a hair cut, I come out feeling like a movie star. The owners are the stylists, and they know exactly what shades and what cuts are not only current and fashionable but also look best with your skin tone. I usually just tell my hairstylist to "create" - I trust her completely. I know I will always look amazing when I leave, no matter how minute or how drastic the change! I recommend Modern Image to anyone and everyone looking for an amazing hairstylist at a more-than-reasonable rate.
I moved to Madison not knowing where to get a great haircut -- but once I found Sadie, my search ended! I've been through the gamut of hairstyles, and Sadie is always able to translate my words or pictures to my head because she's a good listener, and gives great consultations. The salon makes you feel very at home, and the ladies are always happy to see you. Highly recommended.
Sadie is fantastic! I have been seeing her for about a year and a half. I love the way she does my hair every time. She is a total sweetheart too. The prices at Modern Image Salon are very reasonable. They are reliable and will service you in a timely manner. I am so thankful to have found a great salon! I have recommended Sadie to friends and they would give her 2 thumbs up too!
I love coming to see Sadie, she does an exceptional job! She is very educated and knowledgable in her field, and does a great job of listening to your ideas for your look and then helping you decide what the best option is going to be for you! Sadie and Nichole are by FAR the best in the hair buisness!! I would'nt go any other place! They are sweet, attentive and know exactly what they are doing:) I have Never had a bad hair cut,style or color going to Modern Image Salon. I drive over 3 hours just to have them do my hair because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! I've followed Sadie (my stylist - but we love Nicole, too!) through 3 salons. Now that I'm a mom, I bring my toddler girls there, too! Sadie and Nicole are VERY well versed in all the latest trends and looks, but never "push" them on you. Sadie is great at listening to what you say and asking questions to clarify.
