The service department is so behind it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment to repair an Elantra that is unable to be driven. It is unreasonable for any dealership to expect their customers to go without a vehicle for 3 weeks. There's no way I will ever buy another vehicle here. If you can't take care of your customers, they're all going elsewhere next time just like me.
