I highly recommend this company! Very reasonable and honest.
Our AC stopped working in the beginning of August while we were out of town. Our house was over 80°F when we got home. A technician from a commercial company diagnosed the AC and said it needed a new compressor. Fortunately, it was covered under a warranty. Unfortunately, the company quoted us $2,500 for labor. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else along the Wasatch Front for all your HVAC needs. Because of Adam, I was able to save literal thousands on my new AC and Furnace installation. While others are busy trying to make every dollar they can off their customers, Modern HVAC is earning customers for life with honest and fair pricing.
