The best grill made hands down. Bought it in 1997 had issues going on called and got a new cart and upper and lower castings. They stand behind there warranty 10000%. If you buy anything else you are just throwing your money away. Had to replace the burner 3 times in 20 yrs show me another grill like that.
Bought my first MHP grill in the 1990's - loved it, and it held up great. When I sold my house I left it for the new owners. Last I knew, it was still going strong. In the early 2000's I bought a new MHP for my new home. I perform periodic maintenance, and the grill has never let me down. Very recently I contacted MHP due to a warranty question/issue. I have had my MHP Grill for going on 15 years. I have changed the burner and painted it. That is all. Top notch quality product. Do yourself a favor and buy one. Yes they cost more then the pieces of crap at home depot but its worth every penny. boom
The grill and its original equipment ,burner and gas regulator, worked great. I am now going on my 4th burner and third regulator and now I am being told I have to pay for these by southern hearth and patio. My understanding was that the grill came with a lifetime warranty on the burner.
Got great customer service from these guys. I ordered a set of porcelain briquettes and when they arrived three of them were broken, and broken in spite of the fact that they were very carefully wrapped. I eMailed MHP and, almost instantly, got an eMail back saying they were shipping six replacement briquettes. That was on Friday. The briquettes arrived on Monday via UPS, wrapped very carefully and all intact. No charge. Wonderful customer service. I'll be back for any additional replacement things I need.
