The professionalism and care that was taken from the initial assessment was nothing short of outstanding. It was refreshing to see a person that takes pride in their work and to take their time trying to asses the root of the problem. I had an issue where I had a leak from my system in the attic and my technician worked his way from the attic to the main floor, to the outside. I could not be more impressed or pleased with the level of service. I would 100% refer to anyone in need of an hvac technician.
During a 3 day 100 degree heatwave my AC unit went out. Another HVAC provider told me I needed a new unit and priced me a new unit. I called MHIS, Inc. and he came out right away to price me a new unit. He asked to look at unit quickly and suggested a new blower could fix the issue (no new unit needed). Well.... he had the part rushed for next day and came back to my house (in 100 degrees) and my AC has been working like new!! I HIGHLY recommend them for their honestly and quick service.
