Vince and his crew did a wonderful job. They were punctual, worked efficiently and were respectful. They accomplished in one and a half days a job that would have taken weeks to do ourselves. Vince communicated with us from beginning to end. He never requests a deposit in anticipation of the work to be done. The price he quoted was very good in comparison to the others we received. Vince and his team did an amazing job renovating our bathroom. Very courteous around the house and during clean up for the day. More importantly, the work done was outstanding. Great attention to detail and we leaned on them for their expertise. Love the finished product and will definitely have them come back for future projects.
Did a great job! Sheetrocked, painted (including lead abatement), added/replaced trim and door frames in 2 bedrooms. Nick and crew worked very hard and were very responsive to our requests, including busting their rears to get finished before company came over. We just had our Master bathroom completed by Modern Home. Great team to work with courteous, easy to work with, friendly and attention to details and what we wanted done. I would highly recommend Vince and his team.
Vince and the team did an excellent job remodeling our office. Fresh paint, refinished doors, new flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodel. The team was professional, courteous, and the project was completed on time with high quality materials. Highly recommended.
