Nathan serviced our ducted aircon today and did a fantastic job, it was filthy before and he made it look brand new. He kept in touch via sms regarding appointment and arrival, was professional and very friendly. Thank you!
Nathan has just been to our home to check an evaporative cooler that had a horrible burning smell. I engaged Nathan to install Ducted heating thermostat which is not turning on the heater and also to check the ducted evaporative cooling unit where no cool air is coming. He diagonised the problem exactly and recommended to change the damaged water pump in the ducted evaporative cooling unit. So he replaced both thermostat for heating unit and water pump in cooling unit with a very nominal cost. He is very honest, professional and puntual. Nathan did a great job fixing my Brivis cooling system during an emergency. The fan was not working because of burnt connections. He cleaned and repaired it, and now it works perfectly. He also checked everything to make sure it was safe and suggested contacting the company for warranty repairs because some parts had burn marks. He was very professional, clear, and helpful. I highly recommend him!
