I cannot say enough good things about Modern Health and Wellness or Dr. Spencer. I came in suffering from severe pain and have made a turn around within 5 visits. Dr. Spencer used a very gentle but effective treatment to alleviate my pain. I have made so much progress that I am now including strength training with their instruction. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I've been seeing Dr. Spencer Hackett at Modern Health and Wellness for a year now. Not only has Dr. Spencer helped me immensely with my back pain, but he is also extremely knowledgeable and personable. He is always thinking of different/modified workouts that won't irritate or flare up my back pain. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Spencer, you won't regret it.
