Disgusting attitude from employee named Bill giving the customer an attitude and raising his voice, not even willing to help. Why work in customer service if you are not willing to do that work you are getting paid to do?
We recently brought our lift to Modern Group for a warranty repair and service. The work was done quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I waited and was in & out in 6 hours. The unexpected part was the hospitality and kindness with which I was treated while waiting at the facility. They connected me to the internet so I could work, gave me a very comfortable place to set-up and provided refreshments the whole time. Modern group of Edison stinks, I called for parts and got to talk to Bill. He did little to nothing to help. In other words he wasn't interested in helping. But guess what Bill you Stink too!
