I recently called Modern Group, Ltd. and was shocked by how rude the receptionist was. From the moment she picked up, her tone was dismissive and impatient — like I was bothering her just by calling. I asked a simple question and was met with sarcasm and zero effort to assist. For a company of this size, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism. We recently brought our lift to Modern Group for a warranty repair and service. The work was done quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I waited and was in & out in 6 hours. The unexpected part was the hospitality and kindness with which I was treated while waiting at the facility. They connected me to the internet so I could work, gave me a very comfortable place to set-up and provided refreshments the whole time.
