Had an appointment; was not able to see the doctor because the office staff insisted on scanning my driver's license. I have no issue confirming my identity to the staff. However, no one should be OK with handing over unlimited access to an official identification document, which is what is happening when your ID is scanned and stored in their system. Evolve Foot and Ankle does not care about your privacy. I recommend to avoid them.

Everyone was Great, I had an extremely high pain in ankle and lower foot. I couldn’t even walk on my own, they provided foot boot, prescription and follow up visit in 3 weeks. Melissa, Crisel, Edwin, Dr Shanika McCray helped me throughout.
They billed over $500 to my insurance for a boot you can get for under $50 on Amazon and then gave some BS explanation that they "source directly from the vendor to ensure quality control and top notch materials" as the excuse. Ever heard of a part number, scam artists? Also, $5 transaction fee to pay online?
