We went to Floor and Decor to purchase our bathroom tile and learned that they offered installation services with Modern Floor Services. We started with an easy peasy quote process and then moved forward with a contract for installation. Any time I had a question I was able to get a hold of Maxim who was so helpful and patient. We had our installation scheduled and our installer Alex showed up in the time frame they said he would arrive and got right to work. I rarely give such poor reviews, this experience was truly deserving of a 1/5. In short, this tile company will lowball you to get the bid signed, only to nickel and dime you for what they deem as “changes” right in the middle of your installation. To give context, I agree that asking for something net new should be paid for.
