I'd give six stars if I could. Barbara at Modern Flooring was incredible! She helped us choose the perfect carpeting and rugs for our condo—her taste, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results! She also has a great sense of humor and made the entire process fun. Thank you so much! Highly Recommended.

I just had Modern Flooring replace the carpeting on my stairs. The entire process was a dream. I was very busy and could not get to the showroom to pick out the carpet, so Barbara sent me email addresses of some places to look for carpet. I sent her several choices and when she came to measure, she brought physical samples for me to see and touch. I selected a lovely carpet. Next step, the installer, Yasah, came to measure. A good experience from the start. Barbara was very professional. She has been doing this a while and it is obvious in that she was very helpful in the designing phase as well as patient with us in our decision making process. The installers were professional as well - polite and kind, respectful of our home (kept our property clean), our time, and my concerns-they wanted us to be happy with the work they did and we are.

Highly recommend! Barbara was very helpful and professional. She was able to accommodate me quickly. The two installers that she sent over were very efficient, friendly, and professional as well. They did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them again! The runner they installed turned out amazing, I am obsessed!
