I worked with Barbara on a large commercial installation of rolled carpet, carpet tile, and vinyl wood flooring in our sanctuary. She helped us choose the perfect carpeting and rugs for our condo—her taste, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results! I just had Modern Flooring replace the carpeting on my stairs. The entire process was a dream. I was very busy and could not get to the showroom to pick out the carpet, so Barbara sent me email addresses of some places to look for carpet. I sent her several choices and when she came to measure, she brought physical samples for me to see and touch. I selected a lovely carpet. Next step, the installer, Yasah, came to measure. A good experience from the start. Barbara was very professional. She has been doing this a while and it is obvious in that she was very helpful in the designing phase as well as patient with us in our decision making process. The installers were professional as well - polite and kind, respectful of our home (kept our property clean), our time, and my concerns-they wanted us to be happy with the work they did and we are.
