Reached out to Serg because I saw the good reviews on Google. Wanted to redo the flooring in my kitchen and in a bedroom. He came out to take measurements and we scheduled a time and date to go out to the shop to discuss options and get a quote. Unfortunately he cancelled and requested to reschedule the appointment but I reached out more than once and was unable to get that appointment rescheduled. Just unprofessional.
Serg and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were efficient and great with communication. We will definitely call them for future projects.
I want to sincerely thank Modern Flooring and Renovations WNY. Mr. Serge and his crew did a phenomenal job on our home, and I could not be more satisfied with the results.
