Serge and his crew worked on ripping out old carpet from my living room, dining room, and spare bedroom to lay down new flooring. I could call Serge at any time during the day and he would always pick up the phone. Very professional company from the first time he came out, to the end when my new floor was put in. Would recommend modern flooring to anyone who needs new floors installed. Answers all of my questions I had and explained everything start to finish.
For our shower floor replacement, high quality workmanship was executed on budget in a deliberate, well reasoned manner which was fully communicated from project planning through completion.

I have a balcony that was leaking into my downstairs. I call these guys they did the estimate and we're working within 3 weeks. These guys are very professional, they even took off their shoes before entering my house they kept everything nice and clean and like I said the work is phenomenal. I would recommend and I'll be calling them back on my next project.
