I had a great experience with them. I had purchased about 3 different cars before and paid it off with no problem. They helped me work things around when I was having difficulty. The key point is to answer and communicate their calls. I know most the ones complaining here are basically people who ignore the calls thinking the finance company will just wait whenever they feel like paying. They will screw you over! Worst place ever
Your payment will never go down is insane they take so much money from you
Bought a $5500 car using this dealer recommended finance company. Never bought a car before. At the end of it all, I paid $20,000 for this car. With only 2 payments left, they repossessed the car and made me pay it off plus the tow fees to get it out of the yard. Afterwards they charged it off and collected the tax benefits while my credit was destroyed. "What do you care, it says paid in full" was the customer service answer to my question about the charge off. Class Action is the only way to stop companies like this.
