Scheduled an appointment online in the calendar and entered my credit card. Nobody showed up at the time of the appointment at their office. I called and left two messages and never received a call back. Others say she's a really good therapist so hopefully she's just disorganized.
I have called and left several messages as well as emailed and a month later I still have not heard from anyone. Don't waste your time on this one.
Shelly is an incredible resource for others in her profession. She takes the time to consult, brainstorm, and refer to appropriate community/academic resources. Shelly cares deeply about her colleagues and clients and stays up to speed on new methods, studies, and empirical research. She really “gets people” and makes everyone feel comfortable and heard. Shelly has taught me a ton and I’d highly recommend her to everyone.
Such a welcoming and nice setting! The therapists are even better! Natalie is so sweet with my kiddos, she is flexible with our schedule and has really helped our daughter through a difficult time. Shelly is a great leader and has really created a great office and resource for the community. Our family is well taken care of here.
