Just got some fillings done on Monday! I have been visiting Modern Family Dental Sunnyvale for quite some time. Everything from scheduling appointments, routine cleaning, fillings, crown installation, and getting referrals to specialists went smoothly and was handled with care. Dr. Tran is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and efficient and I trust him completely with my dental issues. I had both a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning done at Modern Family office, and the entire experience was excellent! The front desk staff were so friendly, patient, and helpful — they made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was professional and gentle, explaining every step clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I truly felt cared for and respected. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dental care!
Awful personal experience with this Dentist. They forgot to keep records of which teeth I scheduled for extraction, and the doctor tried to extract 4 instead of the 2 teeth I agreed upon. Also ended up performing a surgery upon my gum without ever giving me any heads up that my extraction could be complicated. The receptionist send my personal records to a wrong email id, and then refused to take responsibility for privacy of my records.
