I really wanted to like this place because the staff is nice, but wouldn't recommend and definitely will not return. There were just too many red flags during my visit: 1) Dentist called me a few hours before my initial appointment to tell me the scheduler made a mistake and they can't see me. Had to move meeting arounds and reschedule to the following day 2) During the xray, the assistant was touching the computer mouse and other equipment with the same gloves she was putting in my mouth. I wish I could give Modern Family Dental 6 stars. Dr. Hao Tran and his staff are excellent. I've been coming here for 17 years. Always professional, always great care! Best dentist in all of San Francisco and if you work in the South bay they also have a location in Sunnyvale.

My experience with the new dentist and support staff was excellent. Replacing a crown in a back tooth is difficult, but the procedure was thoroughly explained. They worked to get the best possible outcome for me.
