Thank you to the wonderful woman with the beautiful rose glasses at the front desk who fixed my glasses on Thursday morning. I can't thank you enough for knowing just what to do and making my seeing experience a very positive one again!
Don’t waste your time going here Doctors rush through the exam Office staff is incredibly rude Also, don’t waste your time asking them a question in the “ Contact us” Portion of their website Must be too Busy being rude to other customers to actually answer a question
I've been very satisfied with the experiences I've had, with both the Bellevue office and the office on Oneida. I'm new to having to wear glasses and from the initial exam to the fitting with frames, I've nothing but good things to say. My only frustration of I have to list one is the limited amount of styles available to choose from. Overall, I appreciated every aspect of my visits and will continue to be a loyal customer.
My worst experience ever, the doctor did not listen to anything I was concerned with and wrote out a bifocal prescription that I didn’t want, I have had mono vision for over 10 years!! I A sample of contacts took apparently 3 weeks to get there, the office staff was rude and actually lied! And then at the end when I lost my patience they tried to blame me for my attitude which was a reaction to how I was treated!
Dr. Katie Kyles and her team are excellent at what they do! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to my eyes and her team and her were very understanding and helpful. The technician Ashley is helpful and great at giving explanations and instructions. Highly recommend this place! You will receive excellent patient care.
