They truly deserve zero stars. They judge you before you even check in, leading to a side circus from the staff. I showed up over 90 minutes early to pick out my frames before being dilated, and they wouldn’t allow it despite my early punctuality. They told me I had to see the doctor then, even though I was 90 minutes ahead of time. I asked if I would be dilated, and the girl shrugged and said maybe. From the phone call to the visit, I experienced nothing but kindness, compassion, and expertise. I came in to see if my eyes were okay from a recent hit to the eye. Jose was a very warm welcome to the establishment and the Dr. was incredibly patient and amiable to describe exactly what she was seeing in my eyes. I’m very grateful and highly recommended this optometrist clinic.
Great place to get glasses, Staff excellent , Dr. was very knowledgeable.
