The tone that woman used with me on the phone, absolutely uncalled for. Trying to use it against me that I am a student. Unbelievable. Never had this issue before. Don't fall for the trap. I read all over reddit this place is predatory. They want to lock you into financing manufactured homes from them in order to jack up the lot rent to make it hard to get out from under them. Don't fall for it. After the way she spoke to me on the phone. I knew it. This place is a problem.

So far worked with Kim darling and she is absolutely fantastic. A company couldn’t ask for a better person. She was very attentive and listened and also wrote up a little sheet of all the properties we were interested in and she broke it down into down payment and house payment. She explained the whole process and very informative. She definitely helped streamline the process to make it as easy as possible. The Property Manager here is Lynda Comoglio, she is creating all kinds of problems here for alot of people she is scum,she is a thief. We are about to hire an attorney because of her. She is just writing violations based on her feelings about people which is very unprofessional and makes this place look really bad!! Modern Estates really needs to look into this lady she will make your life a living hell here!! If you are thinking about living here please look elsewhere it's just not worth it here because of her!!
