Stray Cats, Roaches, Property Damage, and Rising Costs When you move in here, you will automatically inherit a bunch of stray cats that come with the property. They are everywhere, under trailers, in yards, around the roads, and sidewalks. Some residents feed them, attracting even more. Many appear sick, extremely thin, or sickly, and there always seem to be more kittens. I've had to clean cat feces and vomit out of my yard, and the smell of cat ammonia is absolutely horrible.
