The customer service was awesome. The service was fast and the technician kept me informed of what he was doing. Overall, great experience using Modern Energy.
My solar inverter went down and Modern Energy came to the rescue. My solar install company went out of business and I've been refused service by other companies since they didn't install my system. I thought I would be out of luck. Fortunately, I found Modern Energy to get me up and running quickly. Scheduling was very easy and the electrician that came put was knowledgeable and friendly.
