We had a great experience working with Modern Energy to install mini splits into our house, especially working with Cesar Solano, he is extremely nice and always answer all our questions and concerns even after the installation was done. They helped us through the whole process from getting the rebate from the state of MA. The workers were professional and very polite.

I MUST rate both my Purchase and Installation experience with Modern Energy - 5 STARS!!! My 20-year-old Fujitsu Mini-Split Air Conditioner was a big old 22,000 BTU relic, the size of a commercial unit that was surface mounted on the ceiling in a large L-shaped room above my garage, for years it worked awesome. Even before we decided to hire Modern Energy, our sales rep, Dan, explained the whole process, including the available $10,000 rebate and zero percent payment plan, with no hard sell whatsoever, that we didn't bother getting other estimates for the heat pump and mini splits that we wanted to install. I don't know if their prices are higher than than that of other companies, but if they are, I would recommend you hire Modern Energy anyway. It's worth the extra money! I was extremely satisfied with Modern Energy. They were great to work with and their installation of our mini splits exceeded my expectations! I want you all to know how great Dave and Aaron were installing the new mini splits. They were very professional, personable and respected our property inside and out. They cleaned up as they went along. They explained everything very clearly upon completion of the job. We love the ceiling cassette style too!
