Went with tooth/gum pain left with it to. Told me to brush and floss which I literally do twice a day. 2 weeks later still have the same pain going to have to make another appointment with a dentist that will help.

I just had a root canal done with Dr. Ian Prins, and he was the most patient, and kind dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I was extremely nervous, and had several questions about the procedures and the aftermath, and he took the time to talk me through each scenario. He genuinely made me feel heard and I felt very comfortable in his care. Let me just say, regardless of what I say here, a root canal is a 0/10 recommended event. However, the office staff, assistant, and doctor were all very nice and very professional. The doctor listened to me regarding my historical resistance to any anesthetics tried so far and took his time and a lot of medication to make sure I was comfortable throughout a 2+ hour ordeal. I have had a lifetime of dentist appointments in my life of 65 years. Dr Maloff and assistant Loni are the ultimate examples of professionalism the way it should be. The personalities of each combined with their years of training to be the most sycronized rhythem i have ever experienced. Every moment was totally focused on bringing forth their highest quality of work with continued contact to make sure the patient was doing well in the process. They get a 150% grade.
