Dear Modern Electronics, After calling several places and receiving multiple quotes, long timelines, and very little help, I finally spoke with Jimmy at Modern Electronics, who was incredibly helpful and very impressive. Super responsive! Same day service for our project. On time to evaluate for quote and quote received within hr later. Sent 3 crew and blitz the project. Very pleased with service level and work completed. Added 2 dedicated 120 outlets in 2 locations and 1 dedicated 240 outlet. 40 foot of conduit run. Not s large job but clearly competent and skilled crew! Very friendly too!

Called in the morning and spoke to Jimmy. Had issue with my EV 14-50 receptacle with one of the hot lines showing 0 volts. They came out in 1 hour and fixed the issue in a through manner starting at main panel , sub panel and receptacle. Issue was hot lines was not fully torqued down. Jon removed the burn and oxide wire and torqued down on new cut wire.
All I can say is how impressed we have been working with this company! We are in a major renovation, and this company has been by our side the entire time, addressing any electrical issues on the spot. Jimmy, the owner, is always quick to respond to a call and highly responsible with an Ace team of staff who are beyond efficient- they are excellent and professional.
